Trial & Evaluation Days
Enable either or both visit types. When enabled they appear as options at check-in and in daycare reservations.
Each can have its own price, or leave blank to charge the standard full-day rate.

Required Vaccines
Define which vaccines are required for dogs and cats. These drive dashboard alerts and the AI vaccine scanner.
Adding or removing a vaccine type here never wipes existing expiry dates already on file for pets.

Late Checkout Policy
Control whether late checkout is offered, when the cutoff kicks in, and which add-on represents the fee. When the policy time passes, all active departures without late checkout are flagged automatically.

When off, the Late Checkout option is hidden in the reservation form and the auto-apply rule is disabled.
Departures still on-site after this time get late checkout applied automatically.

Auto-apply: Every minute, any departure scheduled for today that is still on-site and hasn't had late checkout manually set will be flagged automatically after the cutoff time. Zero-value logic: if the fee add-on is $0 or the policy is disabled, the Late Checkout row is hidden in the Edit Reservation form.

When enabled, staff can write and send stay report cards, and owners can view them in the customer portal.

Define date ranges where a surcharge is automatically added to reservations. Each range can charge per night or a flat fee per stay. Minimum-stay rules trigger a polite notice on quotes and the customer portal.
